ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION – WATERCOLOR PROCESS

Working directly with architects, designers, developers, engineers and marketing agencies, we provide them with high quality watercolor  architectural visualization. Usually it requires 3 – 5 business days to complete one watercolor illustration, which depends on the size and the total number of illustrations. The most common image size range from 8″ x 10″ to 11″ x 17″. The watercolors are very detailed and could be enlarged several times for the public displays.  For this purpose the high resolution digital copies of the final illustrations are always provided free of charge along the the original watercolor renderings.

FOUR-STEP PROCESS TO COMPLETE WATERCOLOR ILLUSTRATION:

I. The basic CAD model is usually provided to us by the client to pick up the desired view which we create based on CAD elevations. This ensures the limitless number of trials to zero in on the most effective view for the future watercolor visualization. This stage requires the most intensive collaboration and input from the client.
